The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Client Solutions Engineer to join Prokuria, a SaaS platform simplifying procurement processes for global teams.
You’ll work closely with the sales, product and development team to implement new solutions end-to-end, ensuring a smooth transition from initial demo to launching and helping clients get the most value from Prokuria from day one.
Responsibilities:

Join sales calls to provide product expertise and support demos

Prepare POCs and support sales team with technical advice and solutions

Translate client needs into tailored solution configurations

Lead implementation and onboarding projects for new customers

Act as the main point of contact for clients during the setups, rollout and early adoption phases.

Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users on platform functionality

Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and development teams to improve client experience

Provide feedback from clients to inform product updates
Requirements:

3+ years in a client-facing, technical implementation or presales role

Strong communication skills—you can explain technical concepts clearly

Good understanding of SaaS and no-code platforms.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and reporting

Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude

Ability to understand business processes and translate them into functional requirements

Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Fluent in English; other languages are a plus

Availability to work hybrid in Bucharest (2 days/week in office).
Nice to Have:

Experience with procurement software or other enterprise SaaS platforms

Working knowledge of SQL and basic scripting for data handling and automation

Understanding of basic data engineering tasks—extracting, transforming, cleaning, and importing data

Familiarity with APIs and system integration concepts
