The Opportunity
We are looking for a Account Manager with strong technical understanding, to support clients across both Prokuria, our procurement SaaS platform, and CenterPoint Group, our procurement programs and GPO organization.
This is a hybrid role combining technical account management, client success, and value optimization. You will work closely with customers after go-live to ensure adoption, performance, and continuous value realization — both from the technology platform and from procurement programs.
You will act as a trusted advisor for your portfolio of accounts, coordinating with sales, product, support, and procurement program teams.
Schedule: US East Coast hours (12:00–21:00 Romania time)
Work model: Hybrid (2–3 days/week in office – Bucharest)
Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of client accounts across platform and program engagements

Act as main functional and technical client contact post-onboarding

Support client activation and ensure smooth transition to active usage

Help clients optimize workflows, configurations, and platform usage

Drive adoption through best practices and guidance

Monitor account usage, activity, and performance trends

Identify risks early and recommend corrective actions

Coordinate with product, support, sales, and delivery teams

Translate client needs into clear functional and technical solutions

Prepare account reviews and data-driven client reports

Lead periodic business and value review meetings

Identify upsell and growth opportunities

Collect structured client feedback and share internally
Requirements:

Ideally 3+ years in client-facing in procurement or account management roles
-
Very strong English language skills, written and spoken

Experience managing ongoing customer relationships and active accounts

Able to explain technical concepts clearly to business users

Good understanding of SaaS and configurable platforms

Connect business needs with technical platform capabilities

Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills

Comfortable discussing workflows, configurations, and data structures
-
Able to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously

Strong Excel skills for analysis and data validation and Poer point skills for presentation

Self-driven and able to learn independently

Comfortable working with U.S.-based clients

Available for East Coast working hours from Romania
