Role

Due to our current expansion, we are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and very efficient person to manage our office operations.

Specific skills we're looking for:

  • Good computer skills

  • Good expertise in Excel

  • Good command of English

  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills

About you:

  • Self-motivated hard worker with a keen ability to anticipate needs and to work autonomously

  • Result oriented: respect the deadlines whilst maintaining a high-quality service

  • Ability to multitask with great attention to detail. 

  • Fun in your own way, positive approach and work well within a team

Your tasks:

  • Manage the day-to-day business activity and administrative tasks for our headquarter

  • Manage documents & forms in direct contact with various institutions like: ANAF, RECOM

  • Very good understanding of Prokuria’s functionalities and run simple testing scenario

  • Primary Bookkeeping - receivable & payable invoices

  • Payroll preparation & timesheet management 

  • Correspondence & calendar management 

  • Organising meetings, travel & events 

  • Purchasing supplies & office equipment

  • General basic project management
