Context
Like most other nonprofit organizations, Services Eden - an NGO dealing in social services throughout the Midwest - has been struggling with a lack of purchasing power as compared to large, for-profit organizations. Working mostly on small dollar donations, Services Eden was not getting the best deals and discounts when it came to purchasing certain goods.
To improve their efficiency and drive down costs, the NGO decided to work together with Prokuria.
Resolution
By implementing the Prokuria platform into their processes, Services Eden was able to minimize their rouge spend, increase their control over their costs in only a matter of months. In addition, they were also able to run sourcing events such as simple benchmarking RFQs to more complex RFPs and get better discounts on their supplies.
