Customer Success Specialist

Prokuria is looking for an energetic and self-starter Customer Success Specialist to provide pre-sales support.

This role will be responsible for helping our clients to be successful. Their success is our success.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Prokuria implementation and maintenance for all clients

  • Developing the system guidelines and providing them to users

  • Collaborating with the other teams on client's requests.

  • Ensuring customers receive optimum levels of service and support

  • Testing new functionalities deployed to the customers

  • Creating content and messaging for customer engagement

  • Dipping your toes into every aspect of a business

  • Put our product in the best light through user webinars, demos, study cases, new website content

  • Excellent command of English (both spoken and written)
