Customer Success Specialist

📍 Bucharest - Romania/ Remote | ☕ Full time/ Part time 

The Opportunity

We are looking for an energetic and self-starter Customer Success Specialist.

This role will be responsible for helping our clients to be successful. Their success is our success.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as first-line support for client questions, incidents, and requests

  • Troubleshoot issues related to data, workflows, permissions, and automations

  • Investigate and resolve configuration or usage problems

  • Escalate complex or technical issues to implementation specialists with clear context

  • Monitor system reliability and automation health

  • Assist clients with small adjustments, fixes, and configuration changes

  • Maintain clear documentation and internal knowledge base articles

  • Help onboard new users and answer “how does this work?” questions

  • Ensure high response quality and client satisfaction

About you:

  • Excellent command of English (both spoken and written)

  • Experience in customer support, operations support, or technical support

  • Strong logical thinking and ability to diagnose process issues

  • Comfortable working with data tables, workflows, and rules

  • Clear and patient communication with non-technical users

  • Structured and methodical approach to problem-solving

  • Ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities

  • Ability to adapt and strong sense of accountability for client experience and system reliability

 

Nice to Have (Strong Plus)

  • Strong spreadsheet skills (formulas, lookups, data validation)

  • Experience working with business software

  • Exposure to larger or more complex organizations

  • Familiarity with no-code / low-code environments
